Terms and Conditions

1. Items are all Brand new. For all Handmade items, some were made to order.
2. The Korean-made Jewelry are mostly made of Alloy & Platinum coated (otherwise stated).
3. Stocks may run out anytime cause we're supplying to others as well, Re-stocking items may take 10-30days.
4. For pre-order items/reservation, a deposit of RM10.00 is applicable.
5. Please ensure ALL enquiries are answered before placing orders.
6. We will not be liable for any item(s) lost or damaged during delivery.
7. Payment must be made within 3 days of order confirmation.
8. We only accept Cash Deposit, Fund Transfer and Paypal.
9. Item(s) will be delivered within 3 working days, once payment is cleared.
10. No cancellation is allowed after confirmation of orders.
11. Full refund will be given if customers find the goods are unsatisfactory, kindly return the item(s) to seller.
12. All items inspected before delivery. Kindly report to us if there is any defects within 24 hours of receiving.
13. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, policies in our website at anytime.
14. There might be slight colour differences due to the lighting and quality of pictures.
15. Import Fees is not included in your quotation. Your ordered item/s may be subject to import tax, custom duties and fees levied by destination country ("Import Fees"). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
16. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimated day.
